Meet Damian

I’m in my early 40s and, despite being overlooked for work due to my age, I’m young at heart and love staying current. I’m married to Alison, my partner of nearly 25 years. We live on the North East coast of England, near Newcastle, Middlesbrough, York, Leeds, and Sheffield, all with excellent transport links.

You’ll often see me in my signature pink shoes – a quirky touch that matches my personality. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and use a pink wheelchair part-time to help with mobility. I’m also neurodivergent, adding to my unique perspective.

What Do I Do?

I’m a Jack of All Trades, including an advisor, reviewer, speaker, podcaster, advocate, and content creator.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, I shifted to consultancy, combining my passion for inclusivity with my love for meeting new people.

Why Work With Me?

I bring a wealth of knowledge, a strong network, and a commitment to improving accessibility in all areas. I review venues, provide feedback on accessibility, and suggest practical improvements. I also advise on products, helping companies make their offerings more inclusive.

I offer flexible, tailored consultancy services for individuals, businesses, and organisations, working remotely or on-site as needed.
